The Therapy
Every therapeutic process is unique, but it usually follows a path that allows me to get to know you, understand what you're experiencing, and support you toward change. Below, I explain how I typically work, so you know what to expect at each stage and feel more at ease as you begin this journey.
Stages of Therapy
Starting therapy can raise questions or concerns. That's why I want you to know how I typically approach each stage, so you feel supported and clear from the very beginning.

1. Contact
You can contact me through the website, email, or WhatsApp. Once I receive your message, we'll schedule a brief call to get to know each other, understand your reason for seeking therapy, answer any questions you may have, and schedule an initial session if we both agree.

2. Initial Interviews
In the first sessions (in person or online), we build a relationship of trust. We'll explore how you feel in different areas of your life, your relationships, your history, and what led you to seek therapy. At the end, I usually offer feedback that helps us gain a deeper understanding of your situation and define together how we'll work together.

3. During the sessions
In our sessions, we use a holistic approach that combines various techniques and tools depending on your needs: narrative, systemic, and humanistic therapy, bodywork, EMDR, and Core Energetics, among others. My sessions are dynamic, and I often use metaphors, imagery, symbolic objects, and body-based activities to help you feel, understand, and release emotions. My goal is for you to connect not only with your thoughts but also with your emotions and bodily sensations, releasing burdens and finding greater inner peace, noticing changes even in a short time.

4. Closing the Process
I truly value being able to support you, but also the opportunity to continue your journey using the inner resources you've developed. When you feel it's time to close, or if I think it's appropriate, we'll discuss it. In these sessions, we review what's progressed, what remains to be done, and how you'd like to move forward. If at any point you decide not to continue with therapy, I would encourage you to have at least one closing session.

5. After Therapy
After the process is complete, I'm available if you'd like to continue at any point. I usually write after a while to see how you're doing. If we've shared part of the journey, I'm happy to hear how your process is going.

Care Modalities
Every therapeutic process is unique, but it usually follows a path that allows me to get to know you, understand what you're experiencing, and support you toward change. Below, I explain how I typically work, so you know what to expect at each stage and feel more at ease as you begin this journey.
In-person therapy
I offer in-person sessions in Arganzuela, Madrid, near the Pirámides and Puerta de Toledo metro stations. It's a very pleasant and welcoming space with various options, allowing you to choose the area that makes you feel most comfortable. There's also ample space for bodywork. I have materials available that may be useful during the sessions, which we'll use as needed.
Online Therapy
If you live outside Madrid or for any reason cannot attend in person, I also offer online sessions. While in-person contact is often more personal, the online format allows us to build a strong therapeutic relationship. Furthermore, it's possible to incorporate dynamic tools remotely, adapting some resources as needed. Creativity is possible even through a screen.
Therapy in English
If you prefer to receive therapy in English, this could also be the right place for you. I have experience working in English. While I'm not bilingual, my fluency is sufficient to provide high-quality therapeutic support. I've lived in English-speaking countries and I continue my professional development, also in English, through reading and courses related to psychotherapy.
Before we begin, we'll have a phone conversation to assess whether I'm the right person to accompany you, and we can check how comfortable we are with the language.
