There are times when we may feel overwhelmed, confused, or disconnected from ourselves. Perhaps you're going through a significant change, grief, a difficult situation, or you simply feel the need to understand yourself better.
In my practice, I support a wide variety of processes, but they all share a common thread: the desire to feel better, understand what's happening, and reconnect with oneself. These are some of the most frequent issues I address:

Changes and Transitions
Throughout life, we go through stages that both move and challenge us: life changes, important decisions, new beginnings, or endings that aren't always easy to integrate. These moments can awaken doubts, confusion, blocks, or internal resistance.

Family Experiences
Sometimes, family experiences can be complex, confusing, or difficult to name. Perhaps you lived through situations you didn't fully understand, felt rejected, or took on roles that weren't yours to assume. These experiences can continue to influence your self-esteem, your well-being, and how you relate to others.

Grief and loss
It's possible that we experience different types of grief throughout our lives, understood as internal processes for processing significant losses. The death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a life change, or a major transition can be painful experiences that, at certain times, require specialized support.

Migration processes
I support people living abroad for work, studies, or other reasons. I work with expatriates in Spain, as well as Spanish and Latin American citizens living abroad. I also offer emotional support to international aid workers and professionals in the non-profit sector, helping them manage the impact of stress in complex situations. I conduct therapy in English.

Traumatic Situations
There are experiences that overwhelm us emotionally: accidents, losses, abuse, breakups, illnesses, violence, natural disasters, or even situations that at first glance seem minor, but that have left a mark on us. It's not always about what happened, but how we experienced it. When an experience exceeds our capacity to cope, it can leave deep scars that affect our daily lives.

Fertility and Reproduction
Parenthood often comes with many questions: Do I want children? When is the right time? Am I ready? What if I want children, but my partner doesn't? In this psychotherapy setting, I will guide you to explore your desires and decisions regarding parenthood with greater clarity.

Anxiety and Stress
Anxiety and stress are a part of life, but sometimes they become too prevalent and end up taking up more space than we'd like. You might notice that it's hard to stop, that your mind won't rest, that your body is on high alert, or that you feel constant pressure without really knowing why.
