“Understanding complex, confusing, or difficult-to-name family experiences. Perhaps you lived through situations that you didn't fully understand and that continue to influence you today.”
Sometimes, the family experiences can be complex, confusing or difficult to name. Perhaps you experienced situations you didn't fully understand, felt rejected, or took on roles that weren't yours to assume. These experiences can continue to influence your self-esteem, your well-being, and the way you relate to others.
In this space I will guide you to review and understand those family experiences that have marked you, to explore how they have influenced your personal history. To do this, we use tools such as the genogram (a visual representation of your family), techniques with dolls, visualizations, among others.
We also work with the internal parts that arose to protect you in the past, but that may be limiting you today. By understanding them, you can take decisions more connected to you and open up space for healthier relationships and greater inner well-being.
I also work with difficulties that arise in family and couple relationships and the different forms of bonding and cohabitation that exist today.
