“Specialized support and intervention in traumatic situations, emotional wounds, and painful memories.”
Throughout life, we can go through experiences that overwhelm us Emotionally: accidents, losses, abuse, breakups, illnesses, violence, natural disasters, or even situations that at first glance seem minor but have left a mark on us. It's not always about what happened, but how we experienced it. When an experience overwhelms our capacity to cope, it can leave deep scars that affect our daily lives.
In these cases, specialized psychological support with sensitivity to trauma, it could be key.
I have training in EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a technique recognized for its effectiveness in addressing trauma. I also incorporate bodywork techniques that help release physical and emotional discomfort, facilitating a deeper integration of the experience. Throughout my experience, I have supported many people who have gone through traumatic situations, and many of them express feeling more relieved, safe, and calm after the therapeutic process.
Trauma isn't resolved simply by understanding what happened. Sometimes the body continues to react with anxiety, tension, or disconnection, even long after the event. In this space, we work from an emotional and physical perspective to restore a sense of security, regain inner balance, and allow the past to stop occupying so much space in the present.
