“Support during significant losses and the emotions that arise.”
Throughout life we go through different types of grief, understood as internal processes for processing significant losses. The death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a life change, or a major transition can be painful experiences that, at certain times, require specialized support.
I have trained and supported many people through their grieving processes, and I have also experienced personal losses that help me understand more closely what it can feel like. In the sessions, I create a a well-maintained and welcoming space where you can express what you feel, at your own pace. Every grief is unique, and emotions like sadness, anger, guilt, envy, or confusion need to be heard and validated in order to be integrated.
Through different techniques, I will guide you in processing these emotions, adapting to your new reality, and finding new ways of being with yourself and the world, gradually integrating the absence without losing the connection with what you have experienced.
