“A space to understand what is happening to you, to have more self-care tools and to gradually regain your balance.”
Anxiety and stress are part of life, but sometimes they become too prevalent and end up taking up more space than we'd like. You might notice that You find it hard to stop, that your mind doesn't rest, that Your body is on alert or that you feel constant pressure without really knowing why.
Therapy isn't about "stopping feeling" anxiety or stress, but about understanding what your body and mind are trying to tell you, and finding new ways to relate to those sensations. The important thing is that you don't have to live with the feeling of always being on high alert or carrying more than you should.
In this process, we sometimes work from words, other times from the body or from lived experience, exploring ways that allow you to release tension and gradually regain a greater sense of calm and tranquility.
