I support people who live outside their country for work, studies, or other personal reasons. I assist expatriates<\/strong> in Spain, as well as to Spanish or Latin American people residing abroad, via online. I also offer emotional and professional support to international aid workers<\/strong> and third sector professionals on the ground, helping them to manage the impact of stress in complex contexts.\u00a0<\/p>

I have experience working in social organizations related to mental health, migration, and refuge, assisting people from more than 80 nationalities,<\/strong> with very diverse stories, including some very traumatic situations. This experience, along with my work in private practice, allows me to support a wide variety of processes and to deal with complex situations.\u00a0<\/p>

I have training in transcultural psychotherapy<\/strong> and personal experience in migration processes, in addition to a bicultural family. This allows me to understand more closely what it means to live between cultures: the challenges of adaptation, the feeling of belonging, the grief associated with migration, and the richness of building identity in transit.<\/p>

I also support family members of people who frequently move between countries\u2014such as diplomats, expatriates, or aid workers\u2014who go through their own often invisible processes of adaptation. In addition, I work with multicultural couples and families<\/strong> who wish to better understand their cultural differences, improve communication, and strengthen their coexistence.<\/p>

I offer services in Spanish and English. If your primary language is another, we can work with an interpreter.<\/em><\/p>
